Sam is CEO of Kennards Self Storage; a family-owned business that, under his stewardship, has grown from 14 centres to 126. The company has over 910,000 square metres of rentable space, over 80,000 customers and 396 employees across Australia and New Zealand. He has extensive experience in management, leadership, marketing, culture and property acquisition and development, specialising in self storage and mixed-use development. Sam is on the Board of the Self Storage Association of Australasia, the Wenona Foundation and The Centre for Independent Studies.
