Michael is a Senior Policy Analyst for the CIS Energy Program. He has contributed to a range of publications and government submissions that challenge prevailing narratives in energy regulation and advocate for consumer interests. Among his notable works, Michael authored Counting the Cost: Subsidies for Renewable Energy and co-authored Rooftop Solar: Paradise Lost. His research has featured in newspapers such as The Australian and the Daily Telegraph and he has discussed his findings on 2GB radio. Michael has also written op-eds for the The Spectator Australia and the AFR.
