James Philips is the former Head of Corporate at two major law firms, and a former Board member at one of them. He was a mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets lawyer. He is a visiting lecturer in the Law School at the University of Sydney, and the chairman of three real estate investment trusts. He is the author of the book Two Revolutions and the Constitution: How the English and American Revolutions Produced the American Constitution.
