Ted O’Brien is Australia’s Shadow Minister for Climate Change and Energy. He is formulating Australia’s next energy policy on behalf of the Liberal-National Coalition which includes the introduction of nuclear energy and a plan to work with allies to reclaim energy security for the West. He entered the Australian Parliament in 2016 after over 20 years in business, including senior leadership positions across the Asia Pacific and over a decade with global technology service firm, Accenture. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Politics from the University of Queensland; an Asia Pacific Fellowship in Chinese Mandarin from the National Taiwan Normal University; a Master of International Business with 1st Class Honours from the University of Melbourne; and a Master of Economics from the London School of Economics.
