Blaise is a secondary school teacher with experience in education research, policy and systems. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and economics, a Master of Teaching from the University of NSW and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from New York University. Blaise worked at the Centre for Independent Studies from 2017 to 2020, including with Jennifer Buckingham, before moving to New York to complete his studies. His research interests focus on education policy and governance and align closely with ENSSA’s work and CIS’s education agenda.
